5. Project Terms

Payment

50% advance payment is required to start a project. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion.

Intellectual Property

After final payment, all source code and assets ownership is transferred to the client.

Support

We provide 3 months of free technical support and bug fixes after project launch.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all confidential information received during the project private.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Pre-payments will be discussed in detail.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, excluding its conflict of law principles.
